Zinc-Nickel Addition
We are pleased to announce that AMAC will produce zinc-nickel and has been chosen to be 1 of 5 MacDermid Licensees to perform the new GMW4205 & GMW4700 Type B specifications. These specifications may replace or supersede some of the existing zinc-nickel and e-coat specifications. Production date for zinc-nickel is March 2008. Trivalent Finishes
AMAC is now providing TRIVALENT BLACK and TRIVALENT YELLOW conversion coatings to meet OEM and government environmental requirements. We have been providing a variety of TRIVALENT CLEAR conversion coatings over electroplated zinc for several years. We offer high corrosion trivalent coatings and are Ohio's ONLY approved S437 applicator.
GMW4707
AMAC will soon be offering this high corrosion (1,000 hour salt spray) finish. This is an electrozinc plating with a proprietary thick film trivalent CST chromiting process with Magni Industries topcoat.
New OSHA Hexavalent Chrome Standards Set For 2006
AMAC is able to supply and meet all application needs with either chrome free or trivalent chromium products to meet all US, EU, and OEM requirements. Please contact us for specific needs.

AMAC will be expanding the number and types of coatings it offers. Current plans include providing tin zinc and zinc nickel alloy plating. Keep checking here as the site will be updated as new processes and capacities are expanded.
AMAC will be offering 1500 hour salt spray dip spin coating in the near future.
